Studies have found that walking groups are effective at promoting regular physical activity. It can improve health in many ways, including improvements in blood pressure, resting heart rate, total cholesterol, body weight, tone muscles, physical functioning and reduce the risk of depression.

This FREE walking group meets Weekly 1 hour walk our goal is to meet same minded women in the community to support each other in a simple outdoor activity and explore different walking areas in Daytona Beach, Port Orange, Ormond Beach, Ponce Inlet, New Smyrna!
Invite a friend or come alone!
Good things come to those who stay active!
All our hosts are unique and bring there own wisdom to make the walking experience unique, such as stretches, breathing exercise, meditation and inspiring poms or quotes.
Wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
Pre registration is require! If the weather alter the event or there is a personal cancelation you will receive a notification email or text.
